  The location is good, hotel is a very overpriced - i paid 170NZD for the room.

  The best parts were certainly the location in Franz Josef, the hotel staff was lovely and here for company of three i had to book two rooms so i end up paying 340NZD.

  The location is a short walk to the Hot Springs and i would say that this hotel needs serious bathroom upgrade - everything is very old and outdated. The rooms are well equipped.

  Good view of Glacier from some rooms, well located in the village and hotel situated in a great location near to the glacier. Furthermore staff gave clear direction to requests.
