We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location right next to the canal was perfect, and the view from the restaurant was beautiful. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and we were impressed with the comfortable beds and the warm ambiance of the hotel. The breakfast had a huge selection of food, and we especially appreciated the option of connecting our laptop to the TV using the HDMI cable available at the reception. We will definitely choose Scandic again when we visit this city in the future.

this hotel is equal to 4 stars. a great venue in an excellent setting with lots of little extras. a sitting area and a writing desk were available in the room. near to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right by the waterfront where there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. I loved being in the center of town, surrounded by all the hustle and bustle. The service was excellent, with staff going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. I especially enjoyed the beautiful view from my room, overlooking the canal. It was truly a peaceful and serene setting.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

Not enough storage space in the room. The socket in the bathroom is at a height of 2 meters. Therefore, it is not possible to charge an electric toothbrush.

Great canal view and excellent service. Clean rooms, but missed having tea/coffee facilities. I'll recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is unbeatable! Situated near the river, restaurants and the town center, it was perfect for exploring the city. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of natural light. The breakfast options were extensive, catering to all tastes.

It would have been great if the room had tea and coffee making facilities.

I am not sure about other rooms, but ours was quite worn. Breakfast staff didnt clean tables so had to organize ourselves to get seated.

The room on the 5th floor was noisy. The fan in the bathroom was running constantly and the air conditioning from the house or annexe could be heard. The windows couldn't be closed properly.

I chose this hotel for attending a roundtable discussion as it provided a smoke-free environment and had excellent facilities such as a fitness center, sauna, and a business center. The hotel was ideal for both leisure and business travelers and the conference space was convenient for the meeting.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated coworking space within the hotel premises.

The hotel staff has been quite unpolite, very clear the difference of tratment between Swedes and international. We booked a room with twin bed and we got a room with single beds with no possibilities of putting them together. We asked for another room and they said the hotel was fulled booked. The room was also small. The bath foam was finished. For a 4 stars hotel and the room price you expect a different service and treatment for sure. Lo staff dell´hotel é stato alquanto maleducato. Molto chiara la differenza di trattamento tra clienti svedesi ed internazionali. Noi abbiamo prenotato una stanza con letto matrimonale e ci é stata data una stanza con letti singoli senza la possibilitá di poterli unire. Quando abbiamo chiesto una nuova stanza, ci é stata negata. La stanza da letto era piccola ed il bagno schiuma in bagno finito. Per un hotel a 4 stelle, considerando anche il costo della stanza, ci si aspettava un servizio ed un trattamento migliori.

The room was big enough and clean, the bed was excellent!

We got a key to a room that was already taken. So we had to walk back down again: with all the bags and the kid; then we got another room, but it did not have the right bed, so back down to the reception again and ask for another room. Finally we got it right.
