Free parking during the weekend and a great breakfast! Perfect location for hiking, close to the airport and to some beautiful natural areas. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was too basic and too cold. The heating system didn't work properly and even with the portable heater the room was not warm enough.

Have booked and got confirmation by mail that I should have a King Size bed. My Bed was 120cm x 200cm King size in Norway should be 180cmx200cm and to make the bed they using 2 sheets! Splitted in middle of bed so when you wake up (if you can sleep) you laying directly on mattress!! Breakfast good except coffe, 1st day I get no coffe because machine was broken, 2nd day machine running but coffe has no strenght, can not understand that a new hotel dont have any espresso machine!? Coffe you get in Norway is very weak and a hotel like this should have options! Next time this hotel will not be my first choise.

We would happily return on our next trip to Stavanger. Location, an easy walk to all attractions. It is right by the airport.

There was an evening buffet where I was able to get enough to eat as a vegetarian without ordering à la carte. The waitress even offered to give me a discount.

The situation is not very convenient for extensive shopping on foot (though there are a few large ones) or for alternative eating places on foot. However, there is a good taxi service due to this neing a district for large oil companies and businesses, and a bus service to the town centre

The staff are friendly, food is good, rooms clean and tidy and well constructed.

We loved the hotel's location in a business area with several companies nearby and a shopping center within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was one of the best aspects of our stay, with a wide variety of tasty choices. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the free wifi allowed us to work throughout the stay. We also appreciated the availability of bikes for free at Reception, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

I chose this hotel for attending a conference and it was the perfect hotel for anyone on a business trip to the "oil capital". The meeting facilities were excellent, with 19 meeting rooms equipped with free WiFi. The business center, conference center, and multiple large conference rooms were modern and well-equipped.

One service that I missed for my work was the lack of a printer in the business center. It would have been convenient to have a printer available for printing important documents.

We stayed at Scandic for our hiking trip and it turned out to be a great base. The hotel is close to the airport, making it convenient for our late flight. We rented a car and enjoyed free parking during the weekend. The room, though basic, had a kettle and a mini fridge, perfect for our hiking needs. The highlight was the fabulous breakfast with a wide selection of delicious food. The location was also ideal for exploring nearby hiking trails like Kjerag and Preikestolen. I highly recommend this hotel for hikers.

had a fantastic stay at scandic! kids loved the big play room with jumping castle and ps4. extra bed was already in place when we arrived. good breakfast in a large restaurant space. exceeded my expectations from previous stay in stavanger.

The gym's air quality was poor, and the breakfast staff didn't seem happy. The parking machine was "out of order," and the towels in the bathroom looked sad and were hard.
