We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, as it was right by the lake and just up to the fortress. The hotel provided enhanced comfort with amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a terrace. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when we needed advice about souvenirs. Furthermore, the hotel had excellent room service, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire services. our experience here was top-notch.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

we were able to visit south karelian art museum that was next to the hotel. cozy room and delicious breakfast to start the day. we liked the venue's the food and location.

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the main attractions. Additionally, the breakfast spread was impressive with a variety of fresh and healthy food options. The hotel staff were also friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the cleanliness of the hotel facilities was remarkable, with everything in pristine condition.

The room was great so as the bath-room - the only bath-room from all hotels I've stayed, that deserved excellent mark! I liked hotel's bikes, liked having parking place for my car absolutly free-of-charge.

I didn't like lack of light in the hotel room in dark hours - I have poor vision so it was difficult for my to read with the shortage of bright light.

Lovely hotel with park view, near lake and town. Delicious Finnish breakfast with variety. Helpful staff, great advice. Women's sauna and Jacuzzi. Comfortable beds, tidy room. Perfect location, 5min from lake. Fresh and healthy breakfast.

Very convenient a a transit stop for travelling by car from Russia to inland Finland. Spacious nearby parking area.

Rather limited choice of dishes at breakfast. No slippers, and toiletteries in the room, but soap.

The hotel is well-located in the center of the city, close to shopping centers, the harbor, and the beautiful lake. The bathroom was extremely cramped and uncomfortable to use. The breakfast options were also quite limited, and the service left much to be desired. Unfortunately, this hotel did not live up to our expectations.

The small size and lack of amenities in the room were not worth the price paid.

Inspite of free hotel we had neighbor with small child, who was crying. I think it was possible to stay far from our room...

Had a great time during Christmas at this hotel. Loved the cozy rooms with comfortable beds and soft blankets. The breakfast spread was amazing with a variety of options to choose from. The view from the room was breathtaking, overlooking the scenic harbor and the bustling streets. The sauna was a great addition to the facilities.

The bathroom could use some improvement, the shower pressure was low and the towels were a bit worn out. The parking was a bit of an issue, with limited spaces available and no assistance from the hotel staff.

The number is comfortable and clean. The Wi-Fi worked well in the room.

The Russian TV chanal didn`t work. The free parking is very small. The soundproofing is not good ( you can hear all behind the wall in next room ).
