Great value price in the heart of the City, the hotel has perfect location and the Staff was super friendly.
The location was excellent - close to railway station and the hotel reception was as accommodating as any I have experienced anywhere in the world.
I actually loved only the location, liked proximity to train station and for a tired traveller as I Skandic was an excellent place to stay overnight.
Can't beat the location (a short walk from the Old Town, and a minute from the local transportation to get you to the other parts of the Tri-City quickly).
Checking out of the hotel was as pleasant as arriving, the staff offering to order a taxi for later in the day when we returned to the airport.
Bus B to the airport stops immediately in front of the hotel, and the buses we took from and to the airport were punctual.
The room we reserved was a triple, one King size bed in one room and a couch that pulled out to a full size bed in the other room.
High standard of service, very quiet rooms and delicious breakfast.
Staff was friendly, the junior suite we used was very comfortable.

We didn't have breakfast but there is a fine coffee shop just down the street with excellent coffee for a pound.
The better restaurants are more expensive but worth the extra, offering wild boar and local specialities (but one doesn't go to Poland for the food).
The Holiday Inn provided a good quality breakfast consisting of cooked food (bacon, eggs, sausages, tomatoes and mushrooms), ham, cheese, bread, fruit, yoghurts, and cereals.
The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable, breakfast was excellent.
The Staff was super friendly, the breakfast was very good.
