Staff were friendly and the food was good. The room was well supplied, quiet and comfortable.

The pool and hot tub seemed a bit too public and far from the rooms. I would have preferred it to be closer to the rooms and perhaps away from everyone walking by. No one was using it and I thought perhaps that was the reason.

The breakfast buffet had a great selection of fruit, cereal, cooked items, tea, coffee, juice. The comfortable rooms had nice TVs and adequate bathrooms. The hotel's location was convenient for my needs and I appreciated that.

There were a few outdated elements in the hotel, but overall it was fine. The spa experience was not enjoyable due to a dog being in the spa area and the receptionist's unprofessional behavior.

Restaurant is excellent. We also like the paint and all of the artifact from Canadian Aboriginal culture

We would recommend the hotel management take a littel mor ecare for the indooors garden it is beautiful but requires more care,

We had a phenomenal stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the front desk to the chambermaid, everyone provided excellent service. The breakfast serving staff were very accommodating, going as far as to crisp our bacon to perfection and even substituting our drink choice at no extra charge. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the breakfast options surpassed our expectations.

room booking was wrong , asked for smoking..they found me a single smoking room. the billing was wrong..higher than the cost on line, had to be corrected...

The stairs to the second level are uneven and are a trip hazard.

The hotel is conveniently located in the industrial area, right off the highway coming into town. It's perfect for those traveling by car and looking for easy access to the airport. The rooms were updated and clean, with a queen bed that provided a comfortable night's sleep. The staff were friendly and offered great service, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast included was a nice touch and added value to our overall experience.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

Not much. The room was not very clean. The visitor in the room above me was very noisy. I battle to get my room, direction poor. I did not feel very welcome. Room service was however very good and the staff member extremely friendly.
