Savoy Hotel Blackpool - 黑潭

Good location, central for Blackpool and the staff were more than happy to help.

Good location and the fact is right on the sea front made even more lovely.

Good location, enjoyable stay and staff were very friendly and helpful.

It is a bit of a walk from the attractions but there are plenty of buses and trams passing regularly.

We could hear the trams going by but this added to the Blackpool Experience, we both still slept like tops.

The bed was huge, the room was clean, there was a jaccuzzi bath, bay windows overlooking the sea and another large room off the bedroom that could accommodate a small meeting.

The bed (a queen size) was so comfy we stayed in room 208 suite and had lovley views over the sea.

The room was quite spacious with a double bed, single bed and two bunk beds, not bad for the two of us.

We were placed in room 118, we had a small double bed probably 3/4, wallpaper peeling from walls, very little heating & draw & door handles missing from furnature.

When we went to our room it was lovely and spacious with a double and single bed and a sea view.

Room very small, bar staff available and superb value for money great breakfast.

Breakfast time wasnt much better the restaurant was far to warm although the food was reasonable, there were queues for everything and the tables werent cleared.

The food in the restaurant was in-edible, even if it hadn't been it would have been difficult to eat and ignore the torrent of water leaking through the roof from upstairs!

Clean added bonus of lovely jacuzzi, best breakfast ever and dining facilities were of a good standard.

Breakfast was good, eat as much as you like (as long as your hangover is not to bad!

Hotel staff very nice, excellent customer service and i liked the large comfortable family room at a budget price.

The Staff friendly at the hotel reception, nice big rooms and breakfast adequate albeit a bit samey.

There were lots of staff members about however the only person that appeared to be doing much was the girl from reception the night before (Michaela).

Eventually got the wine after repeated requests of the reception staff; why wasn't the bottle put in the room for our arrival?

From my experience if you want an idealy situated hotel-away from the main hustle and bustle, near car parking and want a basic clean hotel- this is the place to stay.

It was clean enough and we even got a car parking spot at the hotel, but there was a huge car park across the road in case we hadn't.

We were pleased to get a parking space right outside the hotel as well.

It should be noted that the room was overall clean and tidy.

Staff were very friendly, my room was very clean.

But all I can say is we must have fallen lucky as our 3rd floor bedroom was above average and very clean.

The nightporter was the only friendly person in the hotel and i thought the rooms were very good especially being clean and simple.

We found our twin bedded room 244 very clean and comfortable with a lovely view.
