  Good location and oh and the Tower is just round the corner as well. Other hotels will fit your criteria better, the Gynn pub across the road has a nice dining room and £12.50 each a night including breakfast is great value.

  Bathroom floor visibly dirty and the two receptionists couldn't have been more helpful.

  Very good location, lovely atmosphere and reasonable price. Great service by the staff and and hairdrier nothing fancy. Room size clean comfortable beds, breakfasts are awesome.

  Good location and central for Blackpool. The staff were very helpful, the jacuzzi was a nice feature of the bathroom and the breakfast was superb.

  Toilet pan and surrounding board were filthy, the receptionist was rude and unhelpful.

  The location was excellent for the beach, the breakfast was the only thing that was good in the hotel and the staff were friendly and helpfull. The bath was brilliant.

  A comfortable place to stay and friendly staff. Clean bedding good breackfast and best breakfast ever. Waitress lovely thanks.

  Overall a good hotel room, staff were excellent and the bathroom was clean and had lovely white towels. Breakfast was acceptable.

  The only thing this hotel has on a plus side is its location near the beach and bathrooms need a good clean.

  Maybe the hotel is just a hit miss experience and family room plenty big enough to accommodate 2 adults plus a 3 year old. Good food and close to everything.

  First impression of this hotel was the cleanliness and pleasant staff, the reception was clean and looked quite posh. Rooms were great sizes, food was nice.
