  I loved the location, wonderful welcome and helpful and friendly staff make u feel like home. The owner provides parking permissions for 0.50 for a whole day, is cheap.

  Location was good and the hotel was spotless. The staff were very helpfull, a very friendly owner, was willing to help out wherever possible and the room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.

  The cooked breakfast was really good and the social areas were very tidy, rooms were comfortable we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were lovely, a very friendly owner, was willing to help out wherever possible and the bathroom was clean. The food was excellent and ease of access to the seafront ws a minutes walk away.

  Good location in terms of town center and beach, wonderful atmosphere, price reasonable. Staff were very nice and friendly, the room was extremely clean fresh also very bright, meals were excellent and there was a great choice.

  Great location two minutes to the beach, excellent Hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was warm, breakfast was adequate and the vegetarian options were particularly good.

  The location is perfect being right on the seafront and the breakfast room is beautiful and the breakfast itself was amazing the best I have had at an hotel. Staff are very friendly, the owner is pleasant and very approachable.

  The bar area was very spacious and had lovely sea views asdid our bedroom, the breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful and would stay there again. My room was lovely, really clean and tidy.
