Breakfast is average, the location is very good as it is situated at the start of Old Town.

Ideally situated in the heart of the old town, easy walking distance to a ton of bars and on a very good location.

Don't book a taxi with the Savoy, get one from the airport and do not get in the cab until you have agreed a price.

This hotel is located just inside the Old Town walls just 10 minutes Taxi drive from the airport (£4).

The air conditioning blows straight on the bed, and it seems the only way to turn it off is to turn it off in all the rooms.

The first room we stayed in unfortunately had a leak in the bathroom and we were moved - both rooms were very nicely furnished, spacious but not overly big, and the staff were excellent.

The hotel is air-conditioned and our room featured a large, very modern, luxurious and new marble bathroom with all the amenities.

A huge comfortable bed and the breakfast was brilliant.

The room was nice sized for European hotels, personnel in the reception was friendly and the bathroom itself was very modern.

Personnel working in the bar and breakfast restaurant was not that nice.

The bar is extremely good and the restaurant excellent.

On the one hand, the staff, although very helpful and willing to solve problems, was either too young and/or too little trained to actually offer a 5-star service.

On the other hand, the premises were not up to a 5-star standard: rooms were smallish (but it did have an LCD TV), no gym available and (expected in a country like Estonia) no sauna either.

The elevator, really small and slow, only goes to the fifth floor, so the last stairs up to floor six had to be climbed.

Since the old houses may turn very hot during the summer months and the lobby is really nice.

Amenities included high-speed cable & wireless internet connection (which was free of charge), a flatscreen tv, and a minibar.

Don't worry, they'll lend you one for free and wireless internet access is free as well.

Staff was really nice and the room itself was good and clean.
