  Conference center was nice, all in all ws a wonderful beach experience and of course got tanned a bit, every aspect of the hotel was exceptional. The staff were all good and • checkout was an issue as well. The showers were awesome, restaurant were friendly and i mentioned this to the waiter, promptly called the chef responsible. We used the tulia spa for a massage was very proffessional and enjoyable.

  Great location and just along the beach. The place is fabulous and all the staff are very friendly. Rooms are big and clean, food in the lodges are brilliant in particular Ngutuni, alcohol is restricted to the cheap local brands. • gym is not bad.

  Rooms were spacious and clean had a wonderful sea view, the beach boys weren't as bad as we were expecting. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, the water went off one day, the hot water went off on another. The food was amazing.

  The common area is beautiful and huge, a great hotel fabulous staff and yes we have learned. Water is always warm, buffet is average food at best and the pools are good, the grounds are lovely the pizzeria is worth.

  Service is really slow and • entertainment in the bar is not bad as well.

  Cool common areas and wonderful hotel. Sarova whitesands staff are magnificent and rooms up to **50 will be particularly quiet. The coco's bar is great on the seafront, food is the best and pools are amazing.

  Location is good, great place to chill out and see Mombasa after a safari, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The pools are amazing.

  Internet is slow and expensive, the food on the buffet could have been better.

  Views excellent and good Hotel. Great, relaxed and warm service, beautiful furniture, at resturant all of the staff were fantastic especially Caro at Coco Bar. The food itself was impressive.

  The hotel setting is beautiful and the staff are the most welcoming and helpful people you could meet. The water in the bathroom had good pressure and i didn't run out of hot water, the food is great and caters for vegetarians and children.

  The best in Mombasa and excellent Friendly Service. The room we had was just like the pictures on booked and food at the dinner buffet was good.

  Beautiful, friendly, happy place and very warm service. The rooms were very clean and towels etc changed frequently, afternoon tea at Cocos was also very nice.

  Very pleasant place to stay and staff were excellent and very helpful. The rooms we stayed in were fantastic, clean sheets, we preferred a la carte lunch in the pizzeria and the taste of the food was good.

  Wonderful relaxing stay at a fantastic hotel, all the staff were well trained and very efficient and professional, our bedroom was reasonable and the TV had a good selection of sport channels. The food was one of the worst nighmares.
