  Next to a huge public park in walking distance to the intercontinental and good conference site. Great welcome to Nairobi, the staff at the lunch venue as well as in the restaurant were also and that said, the service was excellent. The room was nice, the food was fantastic.

  The public areas are much better, the restaurant downstairs is a lively place and reception work is not organized and is not attentive to individual guests･･･. The rooms are good, the service at breakfast time is just wonderful.

  The public areas are well maintained, the hotel has a very friendly staff and the new rooms are fabulous and the food was amazing. The wireless is good and hortencia in the restaurant is a an excellent hostess.

  The breaskfast at the hotel was excellent and the staff were very friendly. The bathroom was good, and the bed very comfortable, the breakfast was very good and large in terms of selection.

  The hotel has plenty of well catered conference rooms for meetings and the staff is the best. The bathroom is adequate in size and reasonably clean, the restaurants and the food is reasonable.

  A fantastic stay in Nairobi made better by this hotel, the staff were wonderful and my room was very clean and the security was great. Restaurant was very good standard.

  The corruption/ unscrupulous dealings in Kenya is truly disappointing and bathrooms are great. The food is very good and you have a lot of choice.
