• Sari Pan Pacific Jakarta

  Hotel staff is very friendly and the lobby is nice. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to Sarinah Plaza and front desk have improved tremendously. Room is quite spacious and dry sauna to soothe aching muscles.

  The breakfast can be better and Asian you know I mean.

  Hotel staff services is excellent and the food is fantastic its a Japanese style of grilled fish. Lounge area is nice, just across the road is the famous Sarinah shopping mall and room design are too old need to improve. The toilet flush doesnt work well and breakfast is great.

  The hotel is good, the reception/lobby area is just OK and great location too as is close to the CBD as well as shopping malls. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable, internet is complimentary. The fitness is nice, food is decent and the swimming pool is beautiful.

  Very convenient for downtown Jakarta, home sweet home and not worth the price I paid. Near to the city centre and the train ride was clean and enjoyable. As during christmas times the decoration was good, helpfulness of the staff were excellent and the room has been refurbished brand new. The bathtub did not drain very well, food at the cafe was average at best.

  Location is good and hotel is offering free shuttle five times daily. Very nice lobby the rooms are large and all the staff is very comfortable. Bathroom is just about ok, breakfast is not bad and concierge is helpful meet expectation. Great facilities and the fact 's close to the shopping malls.

  Good location, excellent hotel and the exterior of the building looks like was designed by a butcher not an architect. Service was fast and efficient, bed was huge. Breakfast was not bad and the gym was quite nice.

  Location was near then upscale malls, the Hotel was good value for money and the staff were polite, service was also perfect. The rooms were spacious and breakfast buffet was great.

  Central location and absolutely delightful stay. Coffee house staff very helpful and professional Service. Internet was very good and restaurant were polite and courteous.

  Hotel have free bas to plaza Indonesia that is good and the staff is sincere. Room's wall are super thin and the price is cheaper at Rp580,000 for a double superior inclusive of breakfast for two.

  Rooms are cleaned and the staff is very nice and the food is good.

  The design is old and the service are quite slow. The towels are quite worn.
