Staff were genuinely helpful. The room was new-fashioned and neat, it felt like at home.
Tbh, there was no pool, plus Wi-Fi was terrible.

Recently refurbished hotel in every way with very friendly staff who's recognized me and did the same as last year in a real Japanese Traditional services. The best location next to a shopping street and a market.

The location was the best - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Good access everywhere as a subway station was next to the hotel. The breakfast at the venue was delicious for Vegetarian;)))
Views appeared to be quite bad.

Recommend it as we had a very pleasant experience here. The hotel was high-class and recently refurbished, liked the park view from our superior queen room. The location was the best and quiet, with restaurants and bars next to the property. The restaurant here was lovely for breakfast, we both ordered excellent dishes.

Large hotel rooms with three single beds. Unbeatable location right by the main attractions, which was lovely and the train station.

Comfy bed and reasonably large and functional rooms. Generally good service with parking on-site. Not to mention strong wifi! Excellent location to Ramen alley dining.

The superior queen room overlooks the park and includes an electric kettle and a fridge. I must comment on its central location - it was strategic!

The view from our room at Sapporo Park Hotel was absolutely stunning. We were delighted to wake up every morning and see the beautiful Nakajima park right outside our window. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with a subway station right outside and the city center just a short walk away. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, providing ample space for my family of four. The hotel also had lovely bar and restaurant areas, and we enjoyed the live piano music in the evenings. The check-in process was smooth and the staff member who escorted us to our room made sure we had everything we needed. we had a fantastic experience with great facilities and a perfect location. I would highly recommend staying at Sapporo Park Hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable and I got a lot for what I paid. The attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, from the complimentary drinks in the fridge to the comfortable padded house slippers. The location was also superb, with the subway station conveniently located just outside one of the exits of Nakajima-koen station. The rooms with a good park view were a treat, and it was lovely waking up to the soothing sight of the Cherry Blossom trees and the lake in the park. The staff were also very attentive and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were great.
