We were pleasantly surprised by the close proximity of the hotel to GRU Airport. The complimentary shuttle service was convenient, running every 30 minutes from 6 am. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, starting right at 6 am as well. The rooms were comfortable and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. The staff at the reception were friendly and spoke English, making communication easy. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient stay near the airport.

Close proximity of the Airport.. Super clean... Had a fruit basket in my room waiting for me, a nice note for me as well welcoming me to the room. Overall very clean and very satisfied.

Breakfast was not really the best (don't get me wrong, it was ok... But compared to all the hotels I stayed in... There was not enough in the many, it was just basic). I was told executive floor had breakfast in morning, but when I went, there were none... Went to the restaurant instead... Full of crew members...
