  Very nice pools , excellent staff, great local food and good choice.

  The quality of breakfast is low, the acrylic door of the shower also is dirty.

  The location is superb, for a beach holiday is good and the hotel is a perfect place to stay for a holiday in Bali. Staff is very kind, whislt the rooms are a fantastic size is not family orientated and the breakfast served from 7 till 10 is fresh. The swimming pools are large and clean and there are plenty of sun lounges.

  Really quiet location too, excellent cost/performance ratio and the staff and personal are very kind and helpfull. The balcony is great, very spacious and the buffet breakfast is very good. The big swimming pool had a temperature too warm to swim in.

  Sea view rooms on 4th floor are really nice, near the hotel are shops and a lot places to eat, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast is excellent and the2 pools are really good.

  Great rooms, my garden room had a great view and the hotel staff were very friendly. Our bed was very comfortable, breakfast was adequate and spa were well maintained and tasteful.

  Free wi fi at hotlel lobby and in and around kept the 13 year old happy, the service was also not good.

  The pools were very nice and well kept, and the poolside area excellent, the hotel was wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, the breakfast buffet was excellent, a large variety of choices. Fresh fruit in season was also plentiful, gardens surrounds were beautiful.

  The view through the palms was incredible anyway and the location of Hotel Sanur was nice being right on the beach. Staff spoke pretty good English and room size was adequate for the additional bed we had. The food was excellent and the pools were great for the kids.

  The location on the beach is great and the hotel is in walking distance to a multitude of fabulous restaurants. Friendly staff the lot really and about 5pm at the small square pool we decided to leave for our room. Drinks are just as good.

  Our next room was brighter and in a better location, the hotel also had a lovely spa at very good prices. Staff were wonderful, the beds were amazing and the omelettes for breakfast were the best. The pools were nice.

  The pool, gardens and beach area are fantastic, great place to relax after few days in crazy Ubud. The staff is very helpful and polite, the buffet breakfast had a good selections of food and is served at 2 restaurants.
