Well located, we liked the location of the Hotel and the front desk personnel were polite.
Great location on the front next to the Casino, the hotel facitilies seem to be new and the rooms are really nice and clean.
The location is ideal leaving the ferry, lovely hotel close to the beach & restaurants.
Dont think you can walk from the bus station where you get off the airport bus you wont.
Local bus is in Santander City Centre in about 10-15 minutes from the airport.
Really good value for money and amazing bed.
Secure parking under the hotel at a reasonable cost of 12 euros per day, i liked the friendliness of the reception staff and comfortable bed so slept well.
Maids did an excellent job and room kept very clean, with beds turned down each evening and a complimentary chocolate.
The room was an average size, but with executive style furniture and minibar.
The room we stayed had a big window through we could see the blue sky.
Not that many shops, bars and restaurants around it has to be said which is why we ended up eating at the hotel.
Places to avoid are the Chinese "Mulan" - very smelly carpet and mediocre food - and "Cafe Bar Oh" where we were ripped off on a massive scale - 20 euros for 4 drinks which had been costing 8 euros elsewhere.
Prices: Food and drink is generally cheaper than the UK - apart from Cafe Bar Oh, rip-off merchants (see above).
The room was large, fortunately we found a bar round the corner that served food and the facilities were great.
The hotel restaurant was a bit expensive but the food was good and served to a high standard.
Clean central location, the old city can be caught a few yards from the hotel and the service by the reception staff was excellent and polite.
Location was fantastic, the hotel was near some good bars and also very nice the staff - receptionist was.
Also the hotel interior was excellent, the staff were kind enough to reply to our questions and the receptionist was really helpful.
The service & food were of a high standard plus there is free wi-fi in the dining area on the ground floor and sensible staff too - the only hotel on our 10 night stay to realise we can fit 5 motorbikes into one car park space.
Cheap and fab location across from beach, comfortable being an older hotel, i liked the staff on the reception.
Near the hotel and not stitch us up on car parking prices.
Area very nice, very handy for ferries and free parking on street.
