Our recent stay at Santa Tecla Palace was fantastic. The facilities were great and we particularly enjoyed the stunning pool with its direct access to the sea. The hotel provided nice rooms with plenty of amenities and the view from our room was amazing. The hotel's location, with easy access to the Mediterranean, was perfect for us. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Infinity Pool with sea water.
Somewhat lonely location. Restaurant offer is not rich

The staff at the reception was extremely friendly and courteous. The responsible "lifeguard" also deserves great praise for his friendliness and competence. There was nothing to complain about.

Wow, what a fantastic location for a relaxing getaway! We were blown away by the beauty of the whole area around the hotel. The stunning views of the sea were a delight to wake up to each morning. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms were immaculate. The service at the hotel was outstanding, with Chiara at the reception always ready to assist us with a smile. We were also treated to a culinary extravaganza by the talented Giovanni, a former Michelin starred chef. The outdoor restaurant provided a wonderful dining experience, adding to the overall charm of the hotel.
The music at the terrace bar was quite loud and disturbing at night. Although we were assured that it would only be for a few nights, we had to endure it for an extra night.

The staff, reception, breakfast, room, balcony.
Nothing, all excellent.

The location, the personnel and the entire plant. All very pleasant, well maintained and relaxed. We felt very comfortable.
Unfortunately we had no WLAN in our room, the signal did not reach us. It was also quite loud, as we had a room on the mountain side and the entrance for the coaches. Since the buses could only drive out backwards, we were woken up in the morning by the beeping of the reverse gear.

The pool and view is great, the sea view rooms are very nice
The classic room is very poor, not worth the money the hotel is asking it say they have intrent in the common spaces but you have to pay for it per hour.

Amazing Views and Great Pool Access
In our recent romantic escape, we were delighted with the breathtaking views from our room and the pool access that the hotel had to offer. The location was perfect for us because it was close to the sea shore and the pool looked as if it had been poured into the sea, a unique sight to enjoy. We also appreciated the friendly staff who were always willing to give us ideas and suggest activities to make the best of our stay.
Despite liking the staff, we were disappointed by the limited variety of breakfast options and the outdated decor. Some of the furniture in our room was old and it needed a restoration.

Excellent location, good facilities. Waiters very polite.
The lunch and dinner were only 1.5 hour long. The dinner was from 08.00 - 09.30 pm, which was almost impossible to catch if you are sightseeing other cities. Plus, unless you have a half or full board, the dinner is very expensive (they charge 30 Euro per person per dinner). For 60 Euro for two you can have a nice dinner in an outside restaurant.

Beautiful location with great facilities, to relax in your room, at the pool or the beach.
prices at bar/restaurant are crazy and outrageous. Hotel staff celarly distinguishes between friends and others with special treatment and services. This make other guests like us feel stupid and second rated! Not nice! If you don't want to pay the prices at the hotel you clearly need a car.

It's directly on the coast with excellent views in the common areas. Nice, well-maintained pool area and common areas.
This is not a 4* hotel. In the common areas, maybe -- but certainly not in the rooms. Rooms are very small -- I would expect larger rooms from what is a very large building occupying a large amount of land in a suburban, largely-undeveloped coastal area. We got a small, uncomfortable NYC-sized hotel room. Beds were hard and small. Our "garden view" was a wall of shrubs over the parking lot. This place smacks of an all-inclusive resort, but charges a la carte prices.
