I was lucky enough to stay at this hidden gem, nestled on the volcanic lakeshore. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was blown away by the stunning view of the gardens, lake, and infinity pool. The 2-bedroom bungalow I stayed in was spacious and well-appointed, with a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy verandah with a swing. The restaurant on the premises offered delicious food and a breathtaking view of the lake. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like a broken lock and a noisy fridge, the friendly staff made up for it with their exceptional service. I had a magical and tranquil experience at this prestigious resort. Highly recommended.

The on-site restaurant has really yummy food, and the staff provides great tips for things to do and see in the area. a very relaxing and peaceful atmosphere.

As lovely as the location is, there are some aspects that could be improved. The pool could have been kept cleaner.
