Reception Area was good and staff were extremely helpful.
Good position for visiting city, the bad thing is that the bus comes every 1 hour or so and nice views of the surrounding green countryside from the hotel rooms.
Good idea to stay not in the city centre and comfortable room.

Reception area was good and staff were extremely helpful. The room price was cheap.

The hotel was on an extremely busy road and unfortunately the restaurant was closed due to refurbishment.

Good position for visiting city, nice views of the surrounding green countryside from the hotel rooms and i liked the staff best of all and the cafe con leche.

The buses are infrequent, a more substantial breakfast offering would have been helpful.

Taxi from the city centre was just under 8 euros, the staff were lovely and the bathroom was probably the best feature of the room.

The breakfast was the worst i have ever had in any hotel in the world and the only evening meal available was in the cafeteria.

The food in the resturant is good and the price is excellent compared to the city centre, the hotel is in front of bus stop, clean, quiet and the staff is helpful. Very typical Spanish bar at ground floor.

Bus p3 from the plaza galicia in the centre of santiago stops in front of the hotel and friendly staff. Clean, spacious and comfortable room.

Poor location in relation to interesting sites, also tea making facilities would be good.
