We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel in the very heart of the city. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shopping malls, and all the main attractions. We were impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of our room, which had a beautiful terrace overlooking the bustling city center.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in this city.

Unfortunately, the (synthetic) duvets/bed contents were quickly statically charged, and there were crackling sparks with every movement ... . Long waiting times in the in-house restaurant (due to 2 larger groups who were eating). Food was delicious!

The hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the city center and visit nearby attractions. The staff provided exceptional service and even helped us retrieve our lost luggage. The cleanliness of the hotel and the well-appointed rooms ensured a comfortable stay. The hotel's proximity to public transportation, including the airport shuttle, made it convenient for us to get around.

Magical Holiday at Santa'S Hotel Santa Claus

I was traveling with my 8-year-old daughter and we had the most enchanting experience at Santa'S Hotel Santa Claus. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do in Lapland. The hotel was clean, safe, and provided excellent service. We loved that they had free sledges outside for us to enjoy in the snow.

Although the drinks and food were a bit expensive at the hotel, we appreciated having a fridge in our room and there was a convenient supermarket down the road. The staff was also kind enough to provide us with an extra radiator when we felt a little cold due to the extreme -25 temperature.

I would be better if the WiFi is free charged.

I liked this beautiful hotel. Everithing was amazing; was so clean and fancy and the breakfast was very various and rich. We stayed 2 nights, visiting Rovaniemi and the Santa Claus village. Mi-a placut mult acest hotel. Totul a fost extaordinar; totul foarte curat si ingrijit si multa fantezie in decoratiuni. Micul dejun inclus in pret a fost foarte bogat si variat. Am stat 2 nopti si am vizitat Rovaniemi si satul lui Mos Craciun. Am facut rezervare si am platit 88eur in loc de 150 cat era initial. Recomand cu incredere acest hotel! ;)

Nothing, it was perfect.

Santas Hotel was clean and perfectly located. It was easy to get to by shuttle to and from the airport and close by to all of the Safari Booking companies. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special.

I had expected a quirky little hotel. Unfortunately it us a bug characterless chain type but without the level if service you would expect. The desk staff were friendly but not terribly helpful. I needed to call the airline/airport as I had left something on the plane. The staff were unable to tell me the cost of making a local call. I was told I would find it in my room. It wasn't. Was then told it would be on the television..once again it wasn't listed. The staff member eventually let me make the call from the front desk, reluctantly and telling me she would have to make an excuse to management as the call (local) would cost the hotel. My tea and coffee were not replenished. The door adjoining my room to the next was opened twice while I was sleeping in the evening. A lady then started to walk in even though she could see me. Same person then knocked at my main door a few minutes later. I asked her to wait a minute while I got dressed but she was gone by the time I opened the door. On calling reception, I was told it was a staff member. The experience left me feeling unsafe in my own room.

Room was very big and there was a nice bathtub! The breakfast was excellent with many varities of food and good quality! Staff was helpful and friendly as well.
