The location is convenient, the hotel is well located for visiting the local businesses and wSJs near the front desk.
If you are not of reproductive age, hotel had a great location (tons of running/biking trails) and is right next to Yahoo!
The location is the only down side, there's nothing interesting (apart from the amusement park) nearby or I atleast didn't find anything.
The location of the hotel is fantastic for access to the freeway, the service is perfect and the rooms are clean.
San Jose downtown is only a small cab trip away.
Room very clean, beds very comfortable with down comfortors, roll away bed free of charge.
Hotel had a great location, the front desk personnel was excellent and the bed room was square.
I had a king bed room in the Executive Tower.
While the bed lives up to the glowing reviews, the room does not.
The bed was very comfortable; the plasma tv excellent.
The breakfast at the restaurant was excellent, the outdoor heated pool was the BEST because was heated.
The hotel restaurants - there are two, a sports bar and a higher-up - are passable and expensive.
Service is ok, the restaurant/bar is what you would expect it to be.
The two restaurants we ate at also served good food and the spa was nice.
This is just ridiculous since the company was paying for multiple rooms, breakfast, lunch, break food and drinks as well as internet access.
Overall - really liked the friendly and service-oriented staff at this hotel.
The staff are friendly, but when you dial 0 (operator), it goes to some central call center located elsewhere and they don't really know the area well, and whatever they say contradicts the front desk staff.
Ryan Cruz (front desk) took the time to find me a hotel close to SFO, called ahead to the hotel to reserve the room, printed out directions for me.
I was upset that the hotel staff did not tell me of this impending problem when I made the reservations.
Nice large pool, warm and great spa/hot tub clean, temp.
The pool and spa area was very nice but the spa broke down and was out of commision for the evening.
The rest of the property just feels like your garden variety business hotel – but, I really had the feeling that I was away on vacation in that attractive pool area.
Wonderful comfortable hotel, fantastic staff and warm and great spa/hot tub clean.
Great service - on my second stay, the rooms are very clean and the restaurants are not recommended since there are better.
The housekeeping staff was excellent and the rooms were clean.
As for the hotel itself---the pool is very nice and the rooms are always clean.
