  Location was fantastic & our room 401 the best, the hotel was perfect for exploring Venice and the cleaning service was good and staff were friendly. The hot water was nonexistent.

  The view from our room of the Grand Canal was great, the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and polite, air conditioning was blowing warm air. Breakfast was good.

  The view from our room was of one of the canals off the Grand Canal and was lovely, hotel persons were very friendly. The staff serviced well every day, the bathroom was quite large and again, very clean.
