had favourable and stunning location by the public garden, minutes from a public square. based very close to the main sights such as the duomo and galerie vitoria emmanuel.

The room I booked was newly decorated and generous-sized and had a lovely bed, slept well. I truly enjoyed the more than adequate variety at breakfast.

Good small hotel walk from a bus station. Recently refurbished guest room with nice amenities, elegant atmosphere. Wonderful location of the property, extremely friendly staff at the reception desk. Nearby Bar Grattacielo - great place to chill out.

The location was convenient and ideal, not too far away from Porta Venezia City Gate.

Had guest room on level 2 and wake-up service was available in it. It had an elegant atmosphere and the location was marvellous.

The rooms here are new-fashioned and unique on level 2. The breakfast is generous with italian coffee, fresh pastries, a large variation to satisfy anyone's taste, and the service is good!

The units are good modern with good air con for the hot weather. Ideal location in general, extremely friendly staff at the reception desk.

Favourable and absolutely perfect location just a short walk away from Corso Venezia Street. Decent size room with a mini bar, a storage, and a balcony, and beautiful view of the indoor garden from it: D

For the price we paid, we got great value at Sanpi Milano. The room was clean, well-lit, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and the fashion district. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast selection could have been improved.

The location is convenient...the best shopping is just a 15 min walk through a nice park, and the metro is a few blocks away. The breakfast was very substantial and had good service. The front desk was generally helpful, unfortunately one person ruined it all. This was supposed to be a 4 star hotel.

the drain in the shower left water standing. I informed the front desk on my way out that it simply needed some draino. I came back hrs later to find someone had worked on the drain but not finished the job-- there was hair and grit pulled together on the floor of the shower. I went back downstairs and let the desk know. There were no appologies or sense of concern. I left and on the way back in asked if it was taken care of. The man at the desk (as if I had bothered him) coldly told me his collegue had taken care of it. When I checked out with the same man, there was once again no apologies.... I asked if there was anything he could do for my inconvenience, and he said, "it's not like you had to sleep in it".

Convenient location, close to attractions. Beautiful views from balcony and garden. Clean rooms with modern bathrooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable accommodation with good breakfast.

The garden outside was very nice and the staff were helpful.

The decor was a little bizarre and dated, but it was clean.
