Sands Regency Hotel & Casino Reno - 雷诺

Good location in Reno city centre, the new River Walk makes a beautiful walk during the day and the hotel is conveniently located near other casinos.

In a great location, squaw Valley are free and nice to be located downtown Reno Nevada very good stay.

The location is excellent and reno is a great dining town.

The view from the 18th floor Hot Tub is wonderful and we used the free hotel shuttle bus from the airport.

We used the free hotel shuttle bus from the airport (which only runs once an hour, but it worked out for the time that we arrived in Reno), and checked in.

But the rooms are very big, and the beds are reasonably comfortable but certainly not a westin heavenly bed!

King size bed, great view of the city, whirlpool bathtub like you have now, only it has a 60 inch plasma television in it.

I got a huge, clean room, with a king-size bed and a view of Circus Circus, The Sundowner, The El Dorado and Harrah's, from my room, number 1496, textured wall paper and the sun rose right in my window, which was a nice way to rise.

The room is very big compared to the standard rooms in other hotels, bathrooms are clean and the swimming pool is great.

The rooms are always clean (some are noisy), the bathrooms functioning, some room views spectacular.

The Mel's restaurant is a good breakfast place and room service per the in room menu (via Mel's) appears hardly more expensive than going to the restaurant (tho I didn't actually use room service so can't vouch for it's speed, etc.

Only ate at Mel's Diner, and the food was very good for standard restaurant fare.

I didn't eat any meals there except for breakfast at Mel's.

The only restaurant inside the Sands I ate at was Mel's.

I found the bell/concierge service to be a bit lacking, but the housekeeping staff does a nice job and I had no problem with the front desk.

Hotel staff were very friendly, clean and the front desk was very attentive, the room that I stayed in had a huge stain on the boxspring.

Just about the best value around, great service and the desk staff moved us immediatedly to a lovely room.

We tried complaining about the restaurant at the front desk of the hotel and all we got was some giggles from the staff and was told that she agreed as she are there once too and did not like it.

We loved the free sauna and jacuzzi really cool!

The pool was heated to a nice 85 degrees, and the Jacuzzi's were kept at 101.

The complimentary health club on the 17th floor is nice (sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, and free towels).

Bathroom was clean and mirror was nearly spotless.

The rooms are a little worn, but for the price ($30 a night) they are clean.

Don't know if we stayed at the newer tower because the elevators were very slow and looked old-fashioned but the hallways weren't smokey like others say and the room was considered pretty clean.

Reno is not an expensive place to stay, rooms are good sized and clean.

As far as the hotel itself goes, the rooms are large and quite clean.
