Clean property with really kind and courteous staff especially the manager.

Excellent overall experience. The hotel was absolutely fantastic with very good wifi. The great service combined with the brilliant food. Easy parking under ground. Neat and incredibly spacious room, amazing location.

Overall it was perfectly clean with electric fireplace. The location was marvellous on a main street close to the freeway and met what was needed.

The location is very central, just next door to the west coast, Surrey for a family funeral and a shopping malls. There is a huge variety of gorgeous food for breakfast.

The property was wonderful with really accommodating staff with prompt service. The location of this hotel close enough to the path most traveled was good and perfect. I ate in the attached restaurant nearby. Thoroughly enjoyed food selection, meals were outstanding and they have a wide range of options.

The location was great, near such places like a cinema and a theatre. Every staff member was polite and welcoming.

Fabulous hip new property with fantastically friendly and affable staff especially the manager. Location just next door to many eateries, large shopping mall, busses with train link, and many eateries close by and highway. Also, in the Vancouver area. Outstanding food at the attached restaurant.

Fabulous experience there. Units with a queen pull out sofa. Kind and great staff and attention to detail.

Excellent suites, well-equipped kitchenette, comfortable beds, clean rooms, free and safe underground parking.

Inconsistent wireless internet connection, lack of air conditioning in bedrooms, no pool. Lack of professionalism and unhelpful staff, outdated room decor, subpar cleaning standard, microwave with strong odor.

- Location is close to Highway 1 to take you straight into downtown Vancouver - walking steps from Guildford town center and other facilities in the area - Bus stop is also few steps from the hotel and you can take line 501 and 320 to go straight to Surrey Central Station where you can take the Skytrain to either Vancouver downtown, YVR Airport, and other areas. - Moxies Restaurant/Bar is a nice place to be there. i found most of the staff to be friendly and cheerful

- there is no Breakfast offering, although coffee, muffins, orange and apple are served complimentary. - no coffee flow during the day

The size of the suites

The duvet cover is way to hot. Should be cotton.

The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall with a variety of restaurants, making it easy to satisfy your cravings. Additionally, it is within walking distance to several sporting events in the Surrey area, allowing you to have a fun-filled day without the hassle of commuting. The secure underground parking ensures that your car is safe and protected.

The staff's lack of gratitude towards long-term, high-paying customers is disappointing.

The room was spacious and clean. It had all the amenities we required. Wi Fi was great.

The only minus was that the restaurant was closed for renovation.

The room next door was unusually noisy. Consistent knocking, tapping, etc. I can only guess that some work was being done.
