The only down side to the hotel is its location which is facing a highway in the front and a row of apartments in the back.

If the other Sandmen are as good and inexpensive as the Regina location one should consider a stay here whenever one is available.

Paid 119/night - king size bed with small living room - nice decor, very comfortable bed, quiet rooms, Moxie resteraunt next door, mall across the street, ok price for a nice place.

We absolutely loved our room stayed for 2 nights, we had a suite with a king bed and a living room.

They said that there was food all over the bed and floor that someone had thrown up on the carpet that the coffee table was broken and that the room was so dirty that it took extra time to clean.

Blankets and towels that we had stacked on the coffee table before we left when we put the hide a bed away.

Very comfortable bed, free breakfast at the Denny's next door.

All in all this place is very nice and the only thing thatcould make it better would be to have a free continental breakfast.

There is a grill restaurant next door, as well as several other options.

There wasn't a pretence at a 'free' breakfast - you use Denny's which is connected to the hotel and is a standard Denny's.

The beautiful lobby area, ok price for a nice place and the staff were friendly at the front desk.

The hotel was quiet even was very busy and front desk service was friendly.

On the positive side, the staff were friendly at the front desk but I cannot get over the fact that the room was so dirty.

The hotel was clean, the staff were really helpful and the free high speed internet access was great.

The pool/hot tub area could be a little large due to the size of the hotel and the lobby is well appointed.

It didnt bother me since I am not much a pool person anyways.

The hotel also houses a spa, which I did not try.

In addition the room was very clean and tidy.

The hotel provided me with a clean room, amenities, free high speed Internet, free swimming, free gym and (through a limited time promotion) free breakfast at the Denny's next door!

Why was this here I don't know it wasn't caused in any way caused by us my guess is that when a maid came to clean the room she either a) spilled something and didn't want to get blamed or b.

      The hotel was quiet even was very busy and front desk service was friendly. Nice rooms were plesantly surprising.

      The mattress itself was filthy and the dirty toilet that had been clogged. Also no late checkouts were being allowed.

      Very nice rooms and lobby.

      Lack of attention to detail.

      The Sandman in Regina is a very nice looking hotel that was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful but there seemed to be a lack of attention to detail. Specifically: - The remote control didn't work. - There was no ashtray in the smoking room.- They neglected to leave a packet of coffee in the room. Also, we were woken up to the alarm clock in the next room that we could hear through the walls. Overall, the hotel did not live up to my expectations.

      There was no complimentary coffee in the room and there was a soiled pair of white socks left on the floor by the previous customer.

      The employee was rude and did not believe our side of the unfortunate misunderstanding. We requested that she contact the manager and the matter was finally settled but the employee, clearly unhappy with the manager's decision did not make us feel welcomed.
