The location of this place is magnificent, and the restaurant attached here is nice for breakfast.

The incredibly helpful and very friendly staff here made our stay extremely enjoyable; we booked a standard room and were able to utilize the provided wake-up service.

I had an amazing 2-night stay in a well-appointed and well-organized hotel that was conveniently located near the lakeside promenade, waterfront, and restaurants.

I thoroughly enjoyed good sized and brand-new rooms with the bathroom and ac unit, for instance, and superbly friendly staff. The location was very central, excellent right on the beach.

The hotel was in the very central setting on the areas in the hallways that were affected. Lucky that it was within walking distance of Tim Hortons, offering food to go.

Everyone was well-mannered and attentive. The hotel was placed in the very central location particularly in the common area. Moreover, it was not far from such a maze and a huge pain, and Pentiction for the first time.

Well, the water pressure was not great.

Just a short, 7-minute walk to the beach and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and parks. The staff at this hotel were so friendly and accommodating. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The basic amenities provided in the room were just what we needed. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the attached Denny's for breakfast was a great convenience.

Although everything else was great, there was one aspect that could use improvement.

It made my trip to Penticton a really great experience. Loved spending my time in this fairly clean low cost hotel. The staff was welcoming from my arrival up until I left. Remote location was a plus. I often went to Tim Hortons to pick up some food. The pleasant onsite restaurant had plenty of food.

Newly decorated hotel, conveniently located near the casino and downtown, with a friendly and welcoming staff from the beginning to the end.
