          The pool area is a great place to unwind at the end of the day, rooms are nice.

          The staff is rude and toilet and sink not cleaned after the first night. The food at the buffet is disgusting.

          The views are lovely, great Place to Get Away and the building is beautiful. Lobby area is very, very nice, the staff is very helpful and friendly, the rooms are very comfortable and well appointed. The food is good.

          The view by the pool is awesome and the hotel is beautiful. The customer service is much improved and bathrooms are HUGE. Food are excellent and gym are as good as you can find anywhere.

          Our room was gorgeous except for the view, the hotel staff were wonderful upon checkin and the service was adequate and polite. The bed was comfortable, food was fresh and dinner at the steakhouse was delicious. The spa was great.

          We arrived at the albq airport and was met by a nice young man drove us back to sandia, over all our stay was perfect. The staff were all very accomodating and the service, from the doorman through the checkout, was great. The rooms were awesome and buffet for dinner was good.

          The staff in the gift shop are extremely nice and helpful, the setting is beautiful, big bathroom w/ separate tub and shower and high end soaps and toiletries. The buffet is very reasonably priced and was quite good.

          Room was nice and comfortable and a nice view of sandia mtn, the front desk service was outstanding and very accomodating. The bed was heavenly and the drinks were perfectly made and the food was wonderful.
