I was going to pay almost DOUBLE the price for a chain hotel on Route 1.

The location is great and the rooms served there purpose.

For the price and the location- close to everything in Rehoboth- this is a great place to stay.

It's true that the location is convenient, but unfortunately, we would never go back.

Our room was fairly plain with two beds, full bathroom, small bar sink with refrigerator, tv, dresser, night stand, table and chair.

The rooms were okay, two double beds, fridge, nice bathroom, a little kitchenette type of area and a teeny tiny little personal balcony area with 2 plastic chairs.

Our room fit our needs: refrigerator, two double beds, and a sink separate from the bathroom made it easier to get ready.

Our king size bed came with an extra bed in the room (which was nice to put our luggage, etc).

The TV was ancient, but had sufficient cable, there was no alarm clock in the room, no way to access the internet (wi-fi or otherwise because the phone was a hard-wired desk phone), and housekeeping always came at goofy times.

It's location is fantastic -- right on Rehoboth Ave - an easy walk to shops and restaurants.

Good price for the excellent location right by the beach, shops, and restaurants, but still quiet.

I loved that we could walk to everything - there was a very cozy sushi bar in the front of the motel that was very good.

Also, the sushi restaurant on the 1st floor was an added bonus.

The hotel is close to boards, beach and restaurants.

Maid service was average and there a few ants (but nothing major).

The staff takes their time with check in/check out and gives good directions to great eating places!

The pool water was murky and the area around did not seem clean at all.

The garage is a plus because the town parking meters are turned on Memorial weekend.

The motel has its own little parking garage so we could park right on sight with no extra fee.

I did manage to get a wireless signal out on the balcony with my laptop for those of you interested in wi-fi access, and that;s only if you don't mind using an unsecured network.

The motel does not have wi-fi or even internet available.

Though the room was basic, it was very clean and the free parking is really a plus.

While the room was clean, it was in major need of renovations.

    The Frogg Pond on 1st street for the best wings, within a wonderful short distance of the boardwalk and the location is great. The hotel is mostly quiet, staff are VERY pleasant and the room had a feel of not being particularly clean.

    The location was awesome and the stay was lovely. The price was good, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and adequate. The pool was nice.

    Motel location is fantastic -- centrally located right off rehoboth ave, great place to stay at a bargain price and the staff at the motel is very nice and accomodating. The water would all of a sudden change to burning hot or freezing cold.
