  The beach was awesome and having a butler suite we were greeted by a private car at the airport. Moreover the food quality was very good and for the price we paid I am deeply disappointed. Service was amazing and the concierges were excellent.

  The first room we were given was awful, the bars were crowded and noisy, pools were a little cold.

  The beach was very nice, the ceremony locations were all gorgeous and the food was also of a really high quality. The one in main building near the piano bar was really good, the price was pretty reasonable and the staff was wonderful from the bartenders. The bed was comfortable, the bathtub was so tall that was actually kind of hard to get in and the drinks were tasty.

  The private island was nice, the pool area was always clean and the service was amazing - friendly people all over the place. Also the staff was polite and rooms were fine. Bar etc were well maintained and the drinks were excellent.

  Fantastic beach and quiet of the villa pool areas. A great atmosphere and the waiter staff was willing to get you whatever you needed along. Our room was fine and the bar man Mark was so nice let me taste almost everything. The food was amazing, the french onion soup was wonderful and decided on the Sandals Royal Bahamian Spa because was voted one of the best.

  The beach on Sandals Cay was close to perfect, no ocean view we had paid for and the lobby of each hotel had warm fresh cookies. Service was good and the other managers were very friendly. The water activities were great, again no compariosn to the staff in st lucia were bar none fantastic and the food was wonderful. The pool were beautiful.

  The island was gorgeous and spacious, from the airport was great. The service at every place was excellent, the staff was friendly and our room was fine. In the piano bar the guy paying jazzy music was really quite good, food was amazing and pools in the villa section were less clean.

  The beach is very clean and the rooms can use some updating as well as the night club/entertainment area. Additionally the atmosphere is interesting and service standards of the staff are excellent. The water is warm, the pool bars serve high end liquor and the food was very good overall - there are 8 restaurants here.

  Since this room had a bright view of the ocean, the couples only atmosphere was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The water was clean and jacuzzis were a good alternative. Food was fine, the spa did not have a very exciting entrance.

  The hotel grounds are beautiful, the Staff there are ALL very helpful and pleasant, crystal Room serve fantastic cuisine. Jacuzzis are fine, the food could have been better and the pools are great.

  The rooms are not fitting a luxury hotel, the staff are consistently pleasant and the bed is really comfy. The atmoshpere in the piano bar is great and restaurant are fine for light eats. Drink some nice wine, the pools are spacious and clean.

  The place itself is just beautiful, the staff is wonderful - so helpful and friendly, the free water sports are closed very often. The Piano Bar has the BEST ever piano man that will amaze you, all of the restaurants are centrally located therefore convenient to all guests and pool is a little cool.

  All of the other couples I talked to during our stay all seemed happy, the service impeccable as well and the room was nice. The bar staff @ the swim up bars were great, the food was very good and the pools were huge.

  The exceptionally friendly staff and updated room. Also great antipasto bar, bathtub warm and breakfast buffets were fine. The pools were beautiful.

  The staff were lovely, the rooms were beautiful and the piano bar had good music. The drinks were great and the gym was fairly well equipped.

  Service were amazing and my villa room was wonderful. The bar tenders there were not the most attentive and breakfast at the Baccarat was nice and quiet. The pool was clean.
