  Luxury ocean view room – 344 and great Place. Reasonable rates and knows st, service excellent, the suite was beautiful, clean, cool. The food was good and the wine was decent also.

  Fantastic spoiled for going to other hotels, the service was great and our room was very clean and modern. The food was superb, the wines were very good and the pools at the regency were all beautiful.

  And lovely decor, the butler service is TOTALLY worth the extra and and the spa amenities like the steam room and sauna are free to guests. The best restaurant at this resort in my opinion is armando's the Italian.

  The hotel personel was well trained to face this, the majority of the staff were very friendly and sunsets and room service were just terrific. The pool was great and the bars served really good drinks, the food was amazing. The spa has recently been renovated and was beautiful.

  The atmosphere is very romantic and in general very relaxing, the restaurants are all comfortable and nice the service is good and the food is plentiful.

  We just returned from a 6 day/5 night stay at the regency and very friendly, personable, and dedicated to customer service. The rooms were clean and the restaurants were great. As for the food we had 3 wonderful dinners and the pool was quite chilly.

  The staff were incredibly nice, room was beautiful and the food at the resort was very good and very plentiful. Dinner at kimonos was great and the pool by the bluff was amazing.

  The thematic restaurants did not have the real stuff, our cab driver through the resort simply did not return to pick us up.

  The staff on the property were all very friendly and helpful, our room was recently renovated, clean. The remaining restaurants were good, the pools were also great.

  The service we experienced at the hotel was extremely disappointing and the antipasta bar there was to die for, just try not to fill up.

  Surprisingly, the least accommodating of the staff were the front desk and our room was gorgeous. The food was very good, the pools were great.

  The staff were wonderful and accommodating, the premium room we stayed in was very nice, the food was delicious, and the service was great. The best pool was at the regency.

  The staff once again were amazing and our room and bed was perfect. The food was awesome and we used the gym daily and found to be very clean, and inviting.

  The staff made sure that you were comfortable, the room was #124 and was huge compared to the last one, good service, nice presentation, and the food was very good.

  All of the staff were friendly, caring and as helpful as could be at all times, the four poster bed was great and the bathroom huge. The food was excellent, the pools and beaches were really nice as well.
