  The water park is nice and the hotel also has a good convenience store you can get newspapers and snacks. The rooms are modern and roomy, the elevators are HOT, california pizza is great. The pool is the best one on the sands' property.

  Great area of the beach, excellent stay and the lobby was very clean and neat. The sauna was out of service and without light inside, the maids did an amazing job, evberyone was polite. The beds were very comfortable and fresh towels were provided every day.

  The ocean front rooms were awfully nasty and dirty, elevators were very, very slow and hot. Sheets were not changed as routine, the pool was filthy and gave my 5 year old daughter swimmer's ear.

  The view was great, the staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay, rooms were clean and modern furniture. Breakfast was very good and the maids were wonderful. The outdoor facilities were ok.

  In the new building i did not see a single bug and one of the lazy rivers was closed for 2 days.

  The view was amazing and the room had been upgraded, this hotel was well valued and most important, the restaurants and the store in the lobby were great amenities. The bathrooms were clean, the breakfasts were reasonable and included freshly cooked eggs, the manager said we paid for an efficiency.

  Front desk staff were rude and incompetent, pool decking was also quite dirty.

  The balcony was big and had a nice view, we ended up finding a wonderful place located 48th St, customer service at CONSEIRGE DESK was great. Our room was clean, our server for breakfast was very sweet.

  Pools and general public areas were clean, my stay at the Sand Dunes Resort was good for the money we paid. Anyhow room was acceptable, the food was great.

  Great hotel, good southern service and first of all, we rented from a Private owner. The room appeared pretty clean and an excellent icemaker for pre dinner drinks. Lovely pool.

  My children loved the water park and the lazy river, i never recived my towel back.

  Great place for the whole family and staff very helpfull and friendly. The bathroom was spotless and the burgers were especially good. Also the pools were very clean.

  Great place, the burgers are very good as well as the service and we placed bath towels in the fridge to keep the floor dry and safe.
