Ideal hotel that has genuinely helpful staff with their services. The location is best possible, 2 miles from Playa Juanillo Beach. It is found in a beach area.

Their breakfast is very disappointing, can be better.

Location: the hotel was short walk to the primary pathway, Sanctuary, and an all-inclusive beach resort. I randomly popped in Coffee & News serving some pastries, located relatively close to the venue, it was nice.

The location was good and beautiful, adjacent to the restaurants, Blue Marlin for lunch—very fresh seafood and amazing views, and the castle and main resort area, in a resort area. There were huge & new-fashioned rooms with a balcony and a beautiful view, as for instance. The service was superb during my stay.

The Sanctuary Cap Cana was the perfect choice for our honeymoon. We had an amazing time during our stay. The resort offers a convenient location, just a short drive away from Riu Republica. We loved dining at the on-site restaurant, Blue Marlin. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a suite upon check-in.

Favourable location with free parking available next to the beach and pools, the Blue Marlin for lunch, and the Sanctuary resteraunts.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were excellent. We loved the location by the sea, especially being able to see the sunrise over the ocean from the top of the castle. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful.
