Sana Rex Hotel Lisbon - 里斯本

Perfect location and the hotel staff were very friendly.

loved the location, the room was superb overlooking the park and the hotel was extremely clean.

Very central location and he should be a benchmark for other European hotels to follow.

The staff was terrific,from directions, suggestions, to even mailing postcards and getting our cab to the airport.

The hotel is also vey central, near the metro.

The bathrooms in both rooms were tiny but nicely decorated and the shower was fabulous, sadly the towels were thin and tiny.

The view from the room over the park was nice, hotel staff was kind and bathrooms were spectacularly clean.

The extra bed turned out to be a folding bed wasn't appropriate for an adult and the elevator is a bit small.

We started off in a reasonably sized room but with twin beds which were seriously uncomfortable - it felt like we were sleeping on springs, so the following morning we asked if there was a double rooom available.

However the bed was only marginally more comfortable and to get past it we had to walk sideways between the end of the bed and the wall.

Also the shower was fabulous and breakfast was great.

All staff could not have been more helpful and the complimentary buffet breakfast is a terrific way to start the day.

Location good breakfast very clean and easy walk to Gulbenkian Museum.

The only negative thing I can say about the hotel is that they did not have any baby highchairs but having said that I didn't come across any restaurant or cafe in our 4 day stay that did have them (even McDonalds at the zoo did not have one!

Though the first Sana hotel had mushrooms for breakfast and this one does not do them.

Additionally reception staff two elderly gentlemen not very friendly for front of house was one nice, tHE balcony was exceptionally large and breakfast buffet was excellent.

The guys at front desk were nice, the concierge was extremely helpful and my check-in desk agent was excellent.

Good view of the city from the balcony, great value for money and the warm reception by all staff.

I was travelling with my one year old daughter and the hotel staff could not do enough to accommodate us.

Great value for the money, made to feel completely at home and the staff could not have been more helpful.

The hotel is modern and the staff is friendly.

The rooms were spotless, clean sheets were provided every day was a bonus as was very hot and the breakfast was tasty enough.

The walls are thin and can often hear the other guests, however the rooms are clean and not too old.
