Very convenient location for exploring the city - close to the start of the city bus tours, metrostation is near hotel and the staff is very friendly.

Good location, nicely designed hotel next to city center and the staff in the dining hall were efficient.

Good location: close to metro station, the room is well furnished for a three star hotel and the staff are very friendly speccially the two girls on the bar.

Easy to reach from the airport, location is great since the very hotel is just 50 meters from bus/metro station and the staff worked very hard to find us a room ASAP.

The rooms were exactly as expected from the Internet views - even the green apples, this hotel was perfect : staff was really nice and bed was comfortable and modern.

The location was good and they were very well prepared to answer our questions for buses. Hotel staff were excellent, room was very comfortable and there were many breakfast choices.

Great location near metro and subway station is just at the top of the street. Well run hotel and the building itself is new. Situated within a short walking distance from public transport services, the staff are really friendly and i liked the down comforters ono the beds.

Prices in mini bar are pretty discouraging and breakfast could be better.

Metro near by, a beautiful park and comfortable and relaxing hotel conveniently situated for all City Centre sightseeing. Dusty building close to a huge half finished building, sana has the best staff I have encountered and the use of internet too expensive.

We like the staff nd the location the best, as good as a 4 star hotel and i chose the Sana Capitol since was very handy to the apartment of my son is presently a student in Lisbon.
