  Our room was a little dark and had no view, was warm, the hotel was beautiful, quiet, clean and functional and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The air conditioning was great and breakfast was very good and there was lots to choose from.

  The location was fine as was close to the centre and hotel San Moise truly was exceptional for the room. The staff were friendly, helpful and the bathroom was large. The breakfast was great.

  Perfect location for heading out to st marks square no compaints at all, the hotel is amazing value for money and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful and the reception is manned 24/7.

  The price $60 euros a night was fantastic for its location and all the staff did everything to make our stay perfect. Reception was able to change money for us at a very good rate, the family room was fantastic, clean and comfortable, the wonderful breakfast that we enjoyed every day.

  The central location and the helpful provision of welington boots the aqua alta came, the hotel is the best of all the ones we stayed at during our holidays. Especially on the reception desk the English is great and the help endless.

  Great location near a canal that we could watch from our window, hotel staff are are good especially the old lady at the reception and a long balcony we could sit out. All other drinks are cheap compared to the rest of Venice.
