We loved the hotel's convenient location near all major malls and business infrastructures. It was very accessible and we were able to walk to self-service laundry areas nearby. We also appreciated the airport transfer/pick-up service provided by the hotel. The interior of the hotel was well-designed and the room was clean. We had a comfortable stay thanks to the great AC and big bed. The staff were welcoming and helpful, making us feel safe during an earthquake.

One thing to note is that they do not provide an official receipt which might be required for reimbursements in some cases.

I recently stayed at a hotel in General Santos City and had a wonderful experience. The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay, always going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The room I stayed in was incredibly comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast buffet. The food was absolutely delicious and there was a wide variety to choose from. I especially loved the freshly made pastries and the made-to-order omelettes.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the limited wifi access in the room and the occasional difficulty in reaching the front desk, overall I found my stay to be extremely enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting General Santos City.

The hotel also provides basic amenities like hot and cold showers, toiletries, and a hairdryer. The staff is friendly and helpful, making your stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, near all the malls, and getting around is easy with quick tricycle rides.
