  View from the back of the block is really nice, good Mexican food nearby and great Thursday night street fair/farmer's market in SLO. Quiet nice place to sleep over and bed okay, clean, noise level high, hot water. Breakfast is dry cereal eaten standing up in the office.

  I really appreciated this quiet area after a day of sightseeing, really good restaurants nearby on the same block, too and neting, sights in San Luis Obispo, and some fine dining. For the money i was very happy and the staff were very pleasant and accomidating. Beds were just ok, breakfast was poor and clean and Very Friendly Manager was helpful.

  This hotel was perfect and staff kept clean each day. The room was excellent and continental breakfast was I expected.

  Good value, great Staff and friendly owners. An extra large bathroom, mattress was comfortable and the continental breakfast was fresh.

  Great value, staff were very welcoming and helpful and responsive, the room we had was really clean as well as nice and big.

  Breakfast was horrendous, and the lobby was smelly, coffee was very weak.
