The hotel is conveniently located next to the Signal cable car and Sankt Moritz lake promenade. My room was perfect and neat, and the breakfast was awesome with a variety of cheeses, ready-made omelettes, and salmon. The service was good.

During my 5-day stay, I was pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and the willingness of the staff to go the extra mile. The hotel facilities were impressive, and I enjoyed the convenience of being located next to the food area. Breakfast was satisfying, and the staff provided complimentary bottles of water and refilled the fruit platter in my room daily.

The staff is great and very informative. the views of the garden are excellent. Breakfast is very tasty with healthy options. the bed is exceptionally comfortable. the bathroom is large. the room has a kettle and a couch. the location is marvelous, around a 10-15 minute walk from a historic house. the pool is great, and parking is available on site.

We got an amazing room with a comfy pull-out sofa - it was just perfect! The location here is lovely and convenient, plus it's a short walk from a house museum 🏛.

We were amazed by the level of luxury and comfort provided at this 4-star hotel. The rooms were beautifully designed and offered stunning views. The staff at this place were incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the Signal cable car and only a short walk into town. We were also impressed by the variety of dining options nearby.

Very friendly and helpful staff, very good food! We especially liked the fact that we still got a warm lunch at 2.30 pm, the staff set a table especially for us and served us, the cook was still there and cooked just for us - top!

Bed was very comfortable, but the duvets and pillows had a cover of synthetic material that was water-repellent and made us sweat. The second point: in the bathroom there is a glass pane between the toilet and the shower, which is almost in front of your nose when you sit on the toilet. This is uncomfortable and also a bit dangerous when going to the toilet at night (we hit our head several times). Third point: All light switches and the table lamps have a place which also lights up when they are switched off (LED). These look good, but are annoying at night, because they are light sources which cannot be switched off.

Nothing too much trouble with the hotel! I appreciated my room - new-fashioned and functional for the perfect bedroom.

Amazing ski-in/ski-out location, just a short walk from the St. Moritz Bad lift. The included breakfast had a wide variety of choices, including made-to-order eggs or crepes. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The hotel offered a free pass for the bus and gondola downtown. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, with a cozy sitting area and modern bathroom. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic ski vacation in the mountains.

I liked all in all nice and excellent

No complaints, the venue exceeded high expectations, couldn't recommend more it. The place was fairly clean with a great staff at the service. The atmosphere created was family! The hotel was in a favourable location right by several wonderful restaurants, the main ski lifts and funicular trains. Furthermore, in the evening in the restaurant.

We spent our Thanksgiving vacation in a hotel with amazing complementary breakfast and friendly staff. The location was just a few minutes away from public transportation, making it easy to get around the area. We also enjoyed the free access to the nearby swimming pool and spa, which was a great way to relax and unwind after a long day.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the pillows in our room were quite uncomfortable, and we had trouble getting a good night's sleep.

Very modern and new decor. Good big comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean, helpful staff, close to public transport, nice quiet location, fabulous breakfast. You get a light show every time you take a shower or turn on the bathroom taps. There is coffee making facilities in the room and even a small bar fridge.

Those big floppy pillows and big hot doonas on the bed. Although it seems to be the standard for all hotels in Switzerland.

The front desk guys were great with suggestions for hikes,maps etc

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in the beautiful town of St Moritz. The value for money was exceptional, especially with the added benefits of a spa centre visitor card and a public transport card included in the price. The location of the hotel was also ideal, with the Signal cable car and the stunning Sankt Moritz lake promenade just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making my weekend stay even more enjoyable.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was the lack of eggs on the breakfast buffet. However, this was quickly resolved as I was able to order eggs, scrambled eggs or omelettes from the kitchen.

The rooms are modern and functional, each with its own bathroom and amenities like an electric kettle and glassware. The location is fantastic, right next to the railway station, funicular, and transport options for exploring the mountains. The breakfast is excellent, with a great variety of options.
