The hotel was well located, the staff was universally friendly and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.
The bar on top has an excellent view of the city and somewhat better location make the better hotel.
The bed was comfortable, the upstairs bar/lounge/restaurant was a nice.

Just another half a block and you can catch a trolley car, nearby the food court as well. The location is very convenient and the hotel has a really good gym. The lobby is nice too, the staff is very professional and courteous, room Service and wake up calls great. Pool is quite large.

And the parking prices are absolutely ridiculous, the elevators are really confusin, and ineffective.

The location wasn't too bad, good overall stay and gym two lounges and the in house Starbucks came in handy. The lobby staff were great, service was quick and the concierge and the bellmen were very professional. Room was comfortable and clean, the bar on the top floor was pretty cool, our meals were tasty.

Good location, very good and modern rooms, perfect Stay, buses and also the convenient streetcar going to the Ferry Building. Careful of the rate, beautiful lobby and the front desk staff were very friendly. Beds were very comfortable, the concierge was very informative.

The view bar on the 39th floor was awesome and the service at the hotel was fantastic. The normal front lobby was being renovated, all the staff were exceptional and the room we were assigned was absolutely amazing.

Absolutley beautiful views, great Hotel and the lobby is large and spacious. The housekeeping staff is the best, for the price, you expect to get clean windows and breakfasts are good and reasonably priced.
