  Quite lovely pool area and the balconies overlooking the Ionian Sea were wonderful. Everything I encountered within the hotel was just perfect, the staff was extremely helpful and our room on the 3rd floor of the Grand Wing was spacious. Food were all fantastic and the gardens were well tended.

  Beverages were unpleasantly expensive, taormina was very busy due to the Italian holidaymakers.

  Public areas are beautiful, the hotel is rich in history and the staff are helpful and friendly. Also the balconies are large and the service is excellent in the bars. The cuisine is superb, a fine Sicilian of 93 years has lived a full life and the gardens are lovely - I loved all the lemon trees.

  Comfortable pool area and served on a beautiful terrace facing the sea. A fabulous hotel, enchanting building and very reasonable prices. Spacious interior, staff magnificent and the concierge desk was very helpful.

  The balcony was not only equipped and outside of that food drink were terribly expensive. Additionally the facilities for business use were quite poor.

  A beautiful location, the town of Taormina was great and this makes a wonderful atmosphere sat on the terrace at night. Service was generally good, the rooms were spacious and as well as the restaurants that were recommended. The pool was not quite as clean as I might have hoped.

  Beautiful gardens overlooking the sea, great location and the overall pleasant atmosphere of the hotel. The common areas are magnificently finished in a historic style, the staff are without exception delightful and helpful, the Concierge ladies are friendly. The rooms are excellent and the breakfast buffet is superb.

  Taormina is an amazing city and this hotel is well maintained. Good front desk, room 362 a Grand Double Delux is fantastic and the breakfast buffet is probably one of the best in Italy. The gardens are beautiful.

  The location is perfect and the town of Taormina is fantastic. This hotel is wonderful and charming - prices a bit over the top. The interior garden is nice for a drink once, the staff is very helpful and friendly, the beautiful bed linens on our very comfortable king size bed.

  The service is not good at times in the Les Bougainvilles restaurant, pool is small.

  Public areas are pleasant, the service is can be expected from a hotel in this price range and the staff is gracious and welcoming. The bathroom is large, their dining terrace is particularly beautiful at night and restaurants is very good. Spanish architecture--you see this mix on the faces of locals as well and the concierge is helpful. The pool is gorgeous.

  A very beautiful hotel, with incredible views, good service, and a great Sicilian restaurant. Front desk staff spoke good English which helped alot.

  Great sea views from our balcony and nice, spectacular setting. The friendly staff and laura at the concierge desk was wonderful. Yes the room was good and breakfast was brilliant.
