San Diego Marriott Mission Valley - 圣迭戈

I was definitely impressed with the location: close to downtown but just far enough away from the deep city traffic.

The hotel location is very convenient, as it is close to the freeways and shopping areas.

I was craving my favorite frozen yogurt one night and called the front desk to find the nearest location.

They have valet parking (underground), self parking (outdoor), and premium (closer outdoor) self parking for Marriott Reward guests with more than the basic level.

The hotel is very good about calling a taxi if you need it, though.

I didn't specify a King bed, and we got two double beds room.

The staff are all really friendly, the room is barely large enough for a bed TV and around we stopped for food right near.

The room was very cozy, bed was great, fabulous view and extremely courteous staff who were willing to do just about anything to make our stay the best.

All my requests that I stated on the online reservation form were kindly met by the man at the front desk: a non-smoking room, king size bed, away from the elevator.

We were advised that the Club Level Guest Lounge was closed but were given free breakfast vouchers every day for the restaurant.

The only good customer service we received was from Jim at the bar, lunches in the restaurant were delicious and the gym was nicely appointed.

Restaurant and bar are good, but overpriced I feel.

The only drawback was the service was a little slow and food pretty average (although we only ate breakfast there).

There is no complementary breakfast offered and no restaurants that are nearby.

I will say that the front desk staff was very friendly, they found me a non-smoking room when I couldn't find one online, but once we got to the room, it took a long time to cool down, the air conditioner was loud and the room still felt stuffy.

We went to the pool/jacuzzi on Saturday night and was delighted by the pool side movie (Shark Tales) on a fairly large screen.

Nice fitness room with free weights, several nautilis machines and all the treadmills and stair climbers you could want -- with a few giant flat screens on the wall to entertain you while you lift.

We had a nice view of the swimming pool and Mission Valley.

Their service was excellent, the room was very clean and one of the elevators was not working made for long lines at the elevators.
