The area is nice, the bus to palma is frequent and cheap, the sea is shallow ideal for kids.

We found out a new front had been put on the hotel, 'psuedo air con' installed, some low grade furniture installed in the rooms and very little else.

The rooms are small and cramped, the furniture preventing the wardrobe doors from fully opening.

The temperature in the dining room often reached over 35 degrees and one guy actually fainted in the dining room, possibly due to the heat.

The rooms were fine and the food was good you always found something you liked.

The newly installed air con simply recirculates the warm air and is totally ineffectual.

All the food including breakfast eggs are pre-cooked and left to stand.

The hotel is in the worst part of Arenal, noisy throughout the night, but very convenient for the beach and shops.

The food is very poor quality, cheap cuts of meat, usually in batter.

The staff were friendly and the receptionist was very pleasant.

The lift is very slow and small and totally inadequate for this size hotel.

    Handy for all the sites and voir : plage d'Alcudia == super loin de l'hotel. In addition ection on the price we paid.

    The rooms are very cramped and after a week the evening food get a little "booring.
