Hotel San Cristobal Marbella - 马尔韦利亚

The best point about this hotel is it's location - it's right in the centre of town, close to the Old Town, opposite the Alameda Park and a stroll down the Avenida del Mar (which takes you to the promenade where all the restaurants & shops are).

The location of the hotel is perfect, about a 5 min walk to the beach in front of you (though a small garden) and at the back of the hotel is the old town.

Overall I had a great time, the hotel and its location was a definite bonus and I would stay there again.

All the cabs/taxis and buses know the hotel and it’s in the centre of Marbella.

Location was excellent with taxi rank opposite.

Even when we saw the twin room, we were impressed with it, as the sofa was easy to be turned into a bed for the third person.

We were very happy with the cleanliness of the hotel, the bathroom and rooms were cleaned daily and new towel was given without having to request them.

Very nice hotel in the center of Marbella and good bed.

We wanted a twin room but had two single beds pushed together instead which seems to be the normal for a 'twin' room.

We had a superb view of the mountains from our room and the beaches we liked more were about 15 minutes by car in Cabopino.

We would have a drink every night before we went out and the restaurant/bar staff were very friendly.

It’s mainly full of restaurants and cafes and you have to pay the price if you want good food.

Do not make the mistake of going to cheap restaurants as the food is not great and you would get better food back here in England.

The old town is full of shops and restaurants.

Although it was initially quite hard to find the location is excellent and you can walk to many shops and restaurants.

The staff didn't really seem bothered and said they'd send a maid to have a look in our bathroom.

Additionally i liked this hotel, old town and have beeb very happy also we find the staff to be accommodating we would not hesitate to go back again.

I would have to say that the staff made the stay so much better.

Location was a dual bonus - all the charm of the Old Town and the lady receptionist spoke good English.

The hotel helpfully provide parking and a safe key at a cost of about 9 or 10.

The parking garage is not at the hotel but a couple of short blocks away up a hill; this alone is not an issue for us, but it could be a serious problem for people with limited movement.

The hotel is in some old 60s concrete building and a "shopping department" escalator (which was never working) takes you up to the lobby entrance.

The hotel and rooms are renewed and very clean.

Moreover we had a warm welcome, bathrooms were both large and clean.

The room was clean and quite big but the decor was a bit tired looking.
