We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We never had to worry about transportation because everything was in walking distance. The rooms were very clean and the hotel facilities were great. We particularly enjoyed the pool area. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.

We enjoyed saltwater luxury from the moment we entered. Cafe Fresq, where you can eat, is an easy walk to the hotel.

The apartment was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped. Books and games were provided, which was a nice touch. Jason, the owner, was very welcoming and helpful. Easy and free parking. Perfect location with Coles and shops nearby. Short walk to the beach. The heated pool was fantastic. Couldn't fault.

Decor needed updating. Master suite had 'spa' in room-useless!! And meant living area too small.

We had a 3 bedroom two bathroom apartment. Well set back from main street of port Douglas, so very private yet right in the middle of all the shopping, restaurants etc. Very comfortable and spacious apartment and perfect for a family. The downstairs reception are extremely knowledgable about tours and local activities.

The master bedroom bathroom is part of the actual master bedroom, which might not suit all people (namely it isn't separated from the bedroom in any way). However, there are two other toilets in the apartment that can be used.

Great staff and location as you can walk everywhere from here. One unique feature to mention is the unit had a private pool. It was nice to have a pool all to ourselves and not have to share with anyone else.

This place was pretty noisy. There was quite a bit of traffic and construction noise which made it hard to sleep.

My family stayed for 3 nigts and would be more than happy to recommened to anyone. Beatiful and clean, quiet.... Perfect

Well located and luxurious hotel with helpful staff.

The location of our accommodation is fantastic, within walking distance to all the main attractions. We can easily stroll to the beach or inlet, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Our room is spacious, and we love the well-appointed kitchen and laundry facilities. The staff has been accommodating and swift to respond to our requests.

The shower over the spa in the master room can be improved with a screen to avoid water splashing everywhere.

Great location right in the middle of Port Douglas, spotless apartments and very knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Our Xmas stay in this hotel was enjoyable. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, including towels, toiletries, and even a hairdryer. The location was excellent, just a stone's throw from the town center and its many attractions. We particularly enjoyed the free parking, which made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area without worrying about finding a parking space.

We were disappointed by the lack of customer service provided. The staff seemed uninterested and didn't make any effort to engage with us, making us feel unwelcome. We were also surprised to find that the apartment wasn't cleaned during our stay, which was unexpected and made the room feel cluttered. Despite these minor downsides, we still had an enjoyable holiday.
