Salt Lake Plaza Hotel - 盐湖城

It has a great location; next to the genealogy center, and across the street to one of the entrances to the Salt Lake Convention Center.

Good location and close to Temple Square.

The location was so convenient and we were pleased with the rooms, the staff, and the price.

The hotel shuttle bus met us very promptly when we called for it when we landed at the airport (we are from Georgia).

Several people in our research group have complained of a variety of room problems ie: leaks, inadequate room assignments, small coffee maker without carafe, plugged toliet, poor ability to transport groups from the airport to the hotel.

In addition to the bed, there was a sofa--kind of like a little sitting room area, and also a desk, TV armoire, etc.

Our rooms were both immaculate and although not fancy, well equiped with dual head shower, coffee pot, small refrigerator and what I liked best, a sink in the bathroom as well as in the room.

We had a nice big spacious 1 king bed room with a fridge, microwave, sofa and view of downtown.

Staff nice and as well as a very comfortable bed.

The bed was very comfortable, the restaurant was fantastic.

There was a restaurant connected to the hotel that had pretty inexpensive meals which enabled us to save some money to eat at some of the more expensive restaurants in town with the money we saved on breakfasts eating there.

Hotel restaurant, JB's, is one of the worst restaurants I've ever eaten in.

The restaurant was ok - had a great breakfast buffet.

JB's restaurant offers a decent breakfast buffet for 7 bucks.

Restaurant attached was a family restaurant -- no bar.

The van service was great, room was comfortable and front desk staff were helpful in recommending restaurants.

The service at the front desk was very good.

The computer in the front lobby lounge had a very slow Internet connection.

The elevator is annoyingly slow, the biggest complaint I had.

It was so nice not to have to find parking and walk far carrying our things for the wedding and pictures.

We were pleased that the wireless high-speed Internet service was free--something you don't get in the bigger name places, that's for sure.

There was limited connectivity through the wireless network, making a single computer on the guest library the only option to access internet.

Clean rooms and also liked having refrigerator.

The staff went out of their way to be very helpful and the room was clean.

Moreover nice clean rooms, free aceess to computer.

Rooms were clean and the staff was always attentive and willing to help.

My room was large, made up promptly, and kept very clean.
