We had eggs benedict and northwest omlette for breakfast.
After bragging the place up to friends from out of town, we went there and were served a meager breakfast with slow service for the usual price, which is a bit expensive but previously always well-worth the expenditure.
The place used to be famous for its large volume of food servings.
One thing however, we did have excellent service from the hapless staff who of course could not help the fact that the kitchen no longer is able to "deliver" the traditional product.
We don't mind paying the price, but when the traditional service and food quantity and quality the place built its reputation upon is compromised in favor of 2007-style profits, it's time to spend our time and money elsewhere.
It was very expensive, However, you have a wonderful view knowledgable wait staff and a first class ambiance.
