  Great location and acceptable Hotel. The gable house was neat and very interesting to learn about, coffe and tea in the lobby each morning was nice, the front desk was very professional and helpful. Beds were very comfortable, towels were good and the complimentary breakfast was a bagged apple, muffin and orange juice. The pool was okay and the barman not rude at all.

  The location was perfect, just had to park the car and walked everywhere, all in all excellent value for money ; we had a great stay, the staff were friendly and approachable and helpful. Furniture was nice, comfortable and the Breakfast was incredible.

  The location is convenient to all of the downtown attractions and this hotel is the best place to stay in Salem. Staff is very nice and rooms are big. Drinks are good value we had a nightcap, bailies and was a perfect offering.

  Fabulous location and i had a great room, the hotel staff were all very friendly. Bathroom were large and clean, secondly, bar / restaurant on the first floor was was pretty good.

  Due to that the service was extremely slow and the Danish were stale and the bagels were tasteless.

  Excellent situation and only a short walk to the Boston ferry, the location of the hotel is very good. The staff is extremely professional and friendly, the rooms are well decorated and maintained.
