Magnificent location very close to ferry to Santander/Bilbao en route to the Algarve as well as the outskirts of Salamanca. Reasonable and absolutely fantastic breakfast for every taste. Welcoming service everywhere.

The staff here are incredibly nice and friendly in any situation, and the location near golf courses and restaurants is fantastic.

Dining staff restoration and comfort

I didn't like the first room they gave me and I explain, when I went up to the room I looked out the window and it was a dark, enclosed courtyard. The hotel was not full and they could have given me a room with a better view which was one of the things I remembered from my previous visit, some years ago. I protested and was given another one, but with 2 beds when I wanted to be a couple. The room was booked for a month. They would have done better if they had wanted to. They should change the rules and tell you exactly which room you have when you book it like you do when you buy a ticket for the theatre, see it and accept it, then you have no right to protest because you have already chosen it. It's very easy to say the wrong thing first and have the others in the room just in case, but know that you make a mistake and that is that if I have to go back to the area I will look at others first. And I told you that I did it and I saw good hotels for 12 euros less than what it cost me, but as my previous experience had been good I wanted to repeat it instead of saving one euro. I believe that openness and clarity can sell as much or more. I apologize if I offend anyone.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and excellent bathrooms. I was pleasantly surprised by the well-designed and sizable rooms, complete with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The spaciousness made my stay very comfortable.

Majestic Castilian hotel, with a huge hall where you can rest on some very comfortable sofas. It also has a bar. The cleaning of the common areas. bar and room is really good, The room we occupied was 228. spacious. comfortable and with an XXL bed; room's bathroom is large and has a bathtub, toilet and bath part is separated from the washbasin and mirror. where there is a hairdryer and mirror is huge. The only downside is the view from that room because it overlooks an inner courtyard (if you pay a little more you can opt for one overlooking the Tormes river and golf course) , pool facilities are very nice. has a very large garden area with sunbeds. The menu of the restaurant and bar is not very extensive. very well prepared and with very tasty dishes such as broken eggs with ham and paprika, hotel staff is really attentive and very polite. with special mention to the pool lifeguard. truth is that it is an exquisite place to relax and disconnect less than 15 minutes from Salamanca city centre,

we had a new-fashioned double room with a comfortable bed. the breakfast was reasonable, well presented and with a lot of options. the service was friendly, that made the hotel nicely presented and good value place.

The breakfast was incredible with tasty goods and champagne, offering very good value for money. The location was peaceful and decent, with Golf Villamayor located not too far from the hotel.

Nice rooms set up close to the historic center and highway. The breakfast has a good variety, including champagne and tasty treats. 🥂

We scored a double room with fantastic beds - so comfy! The fridge was in good working order, and the bathrooms were spot on. we had a great time here 😊. The facilities were top-notch, everything was just really good!

Rooms were spacious and well-designed, with excellent beds and bathrooms. Conveniently located with a bus stop directly in front of the hotel for easy access to the city. Friendly staff during check-out.

Some staff members were surly and unfriendly during check-in and while serving at the bar.
