Clean and comfortable room, convenient location near Ikebukuro station. Despite the small size of the room, it was well-maintained and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff were polite and helpful. The location was convenient, with restaurants, shopping malls, and convenience stores nearby. The air-conditioner worked well and provided relief from the hot summer weather.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at this hotel in Tokyo. the location was fantastic - it was so easy to access from the subways, making it convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, being close to bars and restaurants meant that I had plenty of options for dining out. The proximity to the JR Ikebukuro station was also a bonus, making my journey to the airport hassle-free. Secondly, the staff were incredibly polite and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Lastly, the room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable double bed that was perfect for a good night's sleep. this hotel exceeded my expectations and offered great value for money.

Good location as it is near to the train station, hardly 5 mins walk. Also near to restaurants esp the 'KongMien Restaurant", must try the "ramen", very Good!

The breakfast served here was great, and the location was convenient. It was a nice surprise to have a shower and hairdryer available.

This place is conveniently located near popular attractions such as Nekobukuro, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local area. We had a great time here, thanks to the delicious food and the perfect location. The staff was always helpful and accommodating.

The service was great, totally satisfied. The room was well laid out and well decorated with a double bed, the staff was excellent. The delicious breakfast was served in the restaurant. Location: the hotel was adjacent to entertaining places surrounded and the center.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the free amenities such as hair bands and sponges available in the room. The hotel’s location was also a plus, with easy access to dining and shopping. I appreciated the friendly staff that were always ready to help.

The downside was that the room was quite small making it hard to accommodate larger suitcases. the lack of air conditioning was frustrating, especially during the warmer months.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to train stations and plenty of restaurants around. Even though it was close to a more "seedy" area, the hotel itself was surprisingly quiet. The Indian restaurant smell mentioned in other reviews didn't bother us at all. We were pleasantly surprised by the eco-friendly and stylish design of the room and appreciated the fridge instead of a mini bar. The free Wi-Fi in the room and the coin laundry machine in the lobby were also great advantages.
